心理社会应激因素与艇员社会支持相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨影响艇员社会支持的心理社会应激因素。方法对460名艇员进行量表测评，包括领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）、卡特尔16种人格因素问卷（16-PF）、生活事件量表（LES）和症状自评量表（SCL-90），数据采用SPSS15．0软件包进行统计分析。结果艇员社会支持与其个性特征、生活事件、心理健康等心理社会应激因素存在显著相关性。多元逐步回归分析显示，对社会支持影响较大的依次为稳定性、忧郁、怀疑性、聪慧性、正性社交其他事件和乐群性（标准回归系数依次为0．227、-0．175、0．137、0．117、0．108、0．091）。结论艇员社会支持受个性特征、心理健康及生活事件等多因素的影响。Objective To explore the psychosocial stress factors of social support in submariners. Methods Four hundred and sixty submariners were evaluated by perceived social support scale （PSSS）, Cattell＇ s 16 personality factors test （ 16-PF）, life event scale （LES） and symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90）. All data were analyzed with SPSS 15.0. Results There was significant correlation of submariners＇ social support with facots of personality, life event and mental health. It was showed in the multiple correlation regression analysis that stability, depression, suspicion, intelligence, positive social events and sociality were main factors that affected social support of submariners （ standardized coefficients were 0. 227, - 0. 175, 0. 137, 0. 117, 0. 108, 0. 091 in turn）. Conclusions Factors of personality, mental health and life event have significant influences on submariners＇social support.
