摘 要:目的观察短时氧惊厥沙土鼠脑海马各区神经元c—fos蛋白的表达,探讨氧惊厥时神经元激活部位。方法18只健康雄性沙土鼠经观察和检疫1周后进行实验。按体质量采用随机数字法分为3组(正常对照组、短时氧惊厥组、压力对照组),每组3只。沙土鼠暴露在0.5MPa压力的高压氧下,引起短时氧惊厥(首次惊厥5min后,减压出舱)后应用LSAB染色法观察海马各区神经元c—fos蛋白的表达情况。结果沙土鼠在发生短时氧惊厥后,用免疫组化染色的脑切片上发现海马各区神经元c—fns蛋白阳性表达,依次为CA1、CA2、CA4、CA3区。结论海马是氧惊厥时神经元激活的部位之一,海马CA1区作用最强。Objective To observe changes in the expression of e-fos protein in different regains of gerbil hippocampus following transient hyperbaric oxygen-induced convulsion (HBOC) and to explore neuronal localization of the HBOC. Methods Eighteen healthy mail gerbils were used and experiments were carried out after 1 week of observation and quarantine. Gerbils were divided by random number table into normal control, transient convulsion and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) control groups with 3 gerbils in each group. Transient oxygen convulsion was induced by 0.5 MPa HBO( gerbils were taken out 5 min later following first convulsion) , then morphological changes of neurons in hippoeampus were obsered by LSAB staining. Results The expression of c-fos protein could be found in different regions of gerbil hippocampus following transient HBOC. The expression of e-fos protein was the highest in CA1 regain, and the expression decreased in CA2 , CA4 , CA3 regains in order. Conclusions Hippocampus is one of the neuronal localization of HBOC, and it is most infected in CA regain by HBOC.
