摘　　要：本文阐述了经颈静脉肝内门腔静脉分流术的产生和曲折发展的道路，ＴＩＰＳＳ是人们不断探索，认识进一步深化的结果。The produce and eortuous development of the transjugular intrahepatic portosystemtic stent shunting (TIPSS) was expounded in this text.It's produre is result in exploring uninterruped,being a result of the deepening of cognition.It is in conformity with the rule of people's cognition.
