医院信息网络开发与实践中的若干问题

摘　　要：中国医院信息网络系统将逐渐进入一个新的发展历程。但并不是有了计算机硬件和软件就可以实现网络化管理。在网络开发与应用过程中由于缺少可以借鉴的完善的标准和理论指导，许多医院都遇到过一些问题。本文作者在参与本院信息网络７年的建设过程中，对医院信息网络的开发与实践有了深刻的体会，认为硬件是网络的根本，软件是保证网络的条件，良好的人机关系是网络的基础。从而提出了硬件部署应着眼于未来、引进软件应参考一些主要因素以及“一把手”原则与“三结合”工程等建议。The Chinese hospital information network system will gradually grow into a new development era. However, mere computer hardware or software does not mean or actualize management by networking. In the process of network development and application many hospitals confronted with problems due to absence of theoretical guidance and good protocols to be referred. These authors are well experienced with seven year participation in their hospital information network building and have indepth views on the hospital information network development and practice. They consider the hardware is fundamental in networking, software as guaranteeing conditions, good peoplemachine relationship as networking basis. Finally they propose that hardware installation be futuresighted; software introduction be with reference to main indicators; and “three combination” projects be stick to “top manager” principles.
