摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在终末期肾病患者人工内瘘的监测作用。方法用彩色多普勒超声检测32例终末期肾病患者人工动静脉内瘘的功能。结果32例终末期肾病患者22例人工动静脉内瘘通畅,10例出现并发症。结论彩色多普勒超声检查是监测终末期肾病患者人工动静脉内瘘血管通路的有效手段。Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in monitoring the arlerial-venous fistula in end-stage renal diseases（ESRD）. Methods Color Doppler uhrasonography was used to examine the arterial-venous fistula in 32 ESRD patients. Results Normal b｜ood flow volume of the fistula was detected in 22 ESRD patients and some complications were detected in other 10 patients. Conclusion Color Doppler uhrasnnograply can be used to evaluate the arterial-venous fistula of ESRD.
