婴幼儿哮喘IL-4/IFN-γ失衡与IgE水平研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨婴幼儿哮喘IL－4和WN－γ与IgE的关系。方法哮喘患儿20例，男女各10例，正常对照组15例，男8例，女7例。抽静脉血，用ELISA方法检测血清IL－4、IFN－γ和IgE水平，并对检测结果进行统计学处理。结果20例哮喘息儿和15例正常儿童血清IL－4水平分别为123．28±61．33ng／L和53．82±19．88ng／L（P＜0.01），IFN－γ分别为703．21±496．06ng／L和1575．10±690．69ng／L（P＜0．01），IL-4/IFN-γ为0.18±0．12和0．06±0．04（P＜0.01），lgE水平分别为782．24±441.96kU／L，176．51±82．72kU／L（P＜0．01）。直线相关分析结果表明，IL－4、IFN－γ和IL－4／IFN－γ与IgE呈显著相关性，IL－4与IFN－γ呈显著负相关。结论哮喘患儿血中IL－4、IgE和IL－4／IFN－γ值明显升高，而IFN－γ则显著降低；IL－4和IFN－γ失衡及IgE升高在婴幼儿哮喘发病中起重要作用。Objectives To search for the relationship among UM-4, IFN-γ and IgE in child patients with astllma.Mehtods There were 20 child patients(10 males and 10 females) with asthma, 15 norrnal children(8 males and 7 females). The venous blood was drawn, and the serum IL-4. IFN-Y fo IgE were determined by ELISA method. The results of determination were analysed stalistically.Results In the 20 patients with asthnla and 15 normal children,the levels of serum IL-4,IFN-γ, ILu4/IFN-γ and IgE were 123. 28± 61. 33 vs 53. 82±19. 88ng/L(P＜0. 01), 703. 21 ±96. 06 vs 1575. 10±690. 69ng/L(P＜0. 01 ), 0. 18±0. 12 vs 0. 06±0. 04 (P＜0. 01 ), and 782. 24±441. 69 vs 176. 51 ±82. 72 kU/L(P＜0. 01 ) respectively. The results of linear correlation analysis showed that there were obvious correlation between IL-4, IFN-T, IL-4/IFN-γ and IgE, and obviously positive correlation between IL-4 and IFN-γ.Conclusions The values of IL-4, IgE and IL-4/irN-γ are increased but IFN-γ decreaho significantly: The disorder of IL-4 /IFN-γ and increasing level of IgE could play an important role in attack of chi]dren's asthma.
