摘  要:采用交流方波氩弧焊机对薄板铝合金的焊接工艺进行了研究,并通过分析铝合金焊接的工艺特性,探讨铝合金铸件缺陷常规补焊工艺和专用补焊工艺的特点,推荐在特殊条件下的几种专用补焊方法。选用合适的焊接规范参数,可以实现焊缝成形控制,并能获得较好的焊接质量。针对不同缺陷类型和缺陷位置,合理选择补焊工艺,可以更有效地提高补焊质量和补焊效率。The welding technology of thin aluminum alloy sheet was studied by using AC square-waves argon arc welder.The characteristics of the general repair welding of casting defects and the special repair welding of aluminum alloy casting were discussed through the analysis of welding technology for aluminum alloy, and several special repair welding methods under special conditions were recommended. The proper selection of welding parameters can realize the control of welding seam formation and get better welding quality. For different defects and defect locations, the reasonable repair welding technology can improve repair welding quality and effeciency.
