摘 要:某公司生产的一批400HRB热轧带肋钢筋在进行出厂检验时发现屈服强度达不到要求。通过对钢筋成分、力学性能、金相组织和生产工艺等分析。结果表明,组织中晶粒粗大是导致钢筋屈服强度降低的主要原因,而轧制温度过高是引起晶粒粗大的的直接原因。从而提出控制轧制温度及采用V、Ti、Nb微合金化等方法来细化晶粒,改善钢筋的综合性能的建议。During factory testing, it was found that the yield intensity of a batch of 400HRB hot-rolled bar didn't meet the standard. Chemical composition, mechanical property, metallography and production process were analyzed.The lower intensity resulted from coarse crystal grain, which was caused by high rolling temperature. Meanwhile,some reasonable advice for improving comprehensive property were put forward, such as controlling rolling temperature and micro-alloying with V, Ti , Nb.
