摘 要:目的:探讨新型纳米磁性磁共振造影剂粘磁流变特性。方法:利用NDJ-1型旋转式粘度计、CT-5A型特斯拉计、TDGC型调压变压器和自制线圈等装置,通过改变线圈的励磁电流来改变造影剂所处空间的磁场强度,研究纳米磁性造影剂粘度随外加磁场强度、温度、磁性微粒质量分数变化的规律。结果:随着外加磁场强度的增大,造影剂的粘度逐渐增大,当磁场强度增大到B=3.3×10-2T后,其粘度变化逐渐趋缓,说明本造影剂为非牛顿流体;随着温度的提高,造影剂粘度降低;随着所含磁性微粒质量分数的增加,其粘度呈不断增大趋势,当质量分数小于25%时,粘度增加缓慢,大于25%时,粘度急剧增大。结论:纳米磁性造影剂的粘度,随外磁场强度的增大而增大,但当磁场强度增大到一定程度后,粘度变化逐渐趋缓;造影剂粘度随温度的提高而降低;造影剂粘度随所含磁性微粒质量分数的增加而增大。Objective: To study on viscosity magnetorhelogical behavior of a new nano-magnetic magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent. Methods: By using the NDJ-1 viscosmeter, CT-5A teslameter, TDGC transformer and homemade coil, the regularity of nano-magnetic magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent viscosity changing with the magnetic field, tempeture, concentration of magnetic particles was studied through changing the exciter current of coils. Results: The experimental results show that the viscosity of contrast agent increases gradually as the application magnetic field increases, but the increase slow down while the application magnetic field exceeds. And it indicates significant non-Newtonian characteristics. The viscosity of contrast agent decreases as the temperature goes up. The viscosity of contrast agent increases as the concentration of magnetic particles rises, and it increases sharply while the concentration excess 25%. Conclusion: The viscosity of contrast agent increases gradually as the applied magnetic field increases, but the increase slow down while the application magnetic field exceeds a certain value. The viscosity of contrast agent decreases as the temperature goes up. The viscosity of contrast agent increases as the concentration of magnetic particles rises.
