摘 要:目的设计制作新型动物慢性间歇低氧箱并验证其有效性。方法制作电子计算机控制的动物慢性间歇低氧箱,并应用12只小鼠进行稳定性和实验效率验证。结果采用时间加浓度切换的模式,交替供给100%氧气和100%氮气,实现一个循环为90 s,每个循环均出现动物最低血氧饱和度和恢复正常水平的过程,达到低氧事件40次/h的环境设置,与重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)相对应。结论电子计算机控制的动物慢性间歇低氧箱可以完成模拟OSAHS的低氧和复氧的过程,为研究OSAHS靶器官损害提供标准化实验装置。Objective To design and manufacture a novel device for animal model of chronic intermittent hypoxia and confirm its availability. Methods A device for animal model of chronic intermittent hypoxia was designed and manufactured, and 12 mice were tested for confirming the stability and efficiency of the device. Results The device was alternatively flushed with 100% oxygen or 100% nitrogen under time-concentration cycled mode in a 90- second-long cycle. Hypoxia and re-oxygenation were found once a cycle. Thus the cycle could mimic the frequency and magnitude of sleep related hypoxia achieved in patients with severe obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) in the clinical setting, which means the respiratory events of 40/h. Conclusion The novel device for animal model of chronic intermittent hypoxia controlled by computer can mimic the hypoxia and re-oxygenation process which is found in OSAHS, and it will be ideal for the study of complications of OSAHS.
