摘　　要：提出了将城市用地多样性与城市生态建设和规划调整协同考虑的观点。构建了城市用地多样性评价指标体系。以盱眙市中心城区为例,对其现状的用地多样性进行了评价和分析。以此为基础,提出了盱眙市中心城区生态建设方案和规划布局调整方案。在对规划方案的用地多样性评价和分析的基础上,通过与现状的用地多样性水平的比较,对规划方案的可行性作了进一步的分析和论证。This paper puts forward the idea of integrating urban land-use diversity, urban eco-construction and planning adjustment from the viewpoint of integration. Besides, the paper builds the evaluation system about land-use diversity. Taking Xuyi city as an example, on the base of the evaluation and analysis about the sta- tus of its land-use diversity, the paper presents the programs of eco-construction and planning adjustment in city center district of Xuyi city. Then, based on this evalua- tion and analysis, by comparing planning level of land-use diversity with the status quo, this paper conducts a further analysis and verification on the feasibility of the planning adjustment.
