等离子熔铸法制备原位TiCp/Ti复合材料的金相组织

摘  要:在等离子熔铸装置上,采用熔炼过程中添加 C 粉的方法原位反应生成 TiC 增强相,制备 TiCp/Ti 复合材料。利用金相显微镜对复合材料的基体组织和增强相进行观察,测量基体晶粒和增强相的尺寸,分析增强体形状和分布规律。结果表明,等离子熔铸技术制备的 TiCp/Ti 复合材料中增强相颗粒尺寸小、分布均匀。复合材料的基体在大晶粒内部形成了针状仅的显微结构,组织细化。C 粉在加入过程中被等离子弧破碎细化。C powder was added into melting, and in-situ TiCp/Ti composites were prepared by plasma melt casting method. The size and shape of matrix and reinforcement were observed with metallographic microscope,and the distribution regularity of reinforcement was also analyzed. The result shows that the reinforcement of TiC is very fine and uniform. The micro-structure of needle form α has been found in the matrix of composite. C powder was crushed and refined by plasma arc in the course of adding.
