摘 要:目的:观察蜂房乙醇提取物对荷H22肝癌小鼠的放化疗增效作用。方法:移植H22肝癌的小鼠模型,给予蜂房乙醇提取物与化疗和放疗联合,计算抑瘤率及增效率。结果:蜂房乙醇提取物对荷H22肝癌小鼠放化疗的抑瘤率分别达60.5%和61.2%,增效率分别为33.3%和32.6%。结论:蜂房乙醇提取物对荷H22肝癌小鼠的放化疗均有明显的增效作用。Objective: To study the synergistic effects of ethanol extracts from honeybee hives on the therapeutic efficacy of chemotherapy and radiotherapy to transplanted H22 hepatoma in mice. Methods: The mice model transplanted with H22 hepatoma and received chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment were fed with 85% ethanol extracts from honeybee hives for 15 days. After the treatment stopped, the masses of H22 hepatoma taken from the mice were weighed and the repression rates of tumor and the enhanced therapeutic efficacy were evaluated. Results: With radiotherapy and chemotherapy the repression rates of H22 hepatoma in mice treated with the ethanol extracts were 61.2% and 60.5%, and the enhanced therapeutic rates were 32.6% and 33.3%, respectively. Conclusions: Ethanol extracts from honeybee hives have effects to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment on transplanted H22 hepatoma in mice.
