摘 要:目的:探讨双歧杆菌、赤灵芝孢子及其联合制剂对小鼠胃肠菌群失调的预防作用,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法:用不同剂量双歧杆菌、灵芝孢子粉及其联合制剂灌胃7d,然后林可霉素连续灌胃7d,计数直肠成型粪便菌落。结果:(1)各预防组需氧及厌氧菌落数均明显高于菌群失调组(P<0.01);(2)双歧高剂量组需氧菌落数较正常对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05);(3)灵芝孢子高剂量组厌氧菌落数较正常对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05);中、低剂量组需氧菌落数较正常对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05);(4)联合制剂高剂量组厌氧菌落数较正常对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌、赤灵芝孢子、联合制剂有一定预防菌群失调作用。Objective: To investigate the preventive effects of bifidobaeterium, Ganoderma lucidium spore and their combination in alteration of intestinal flora of mouse. Methods: Mice were given orally with bifidobaeterium, Ganoderma spore or combination of the both for 7 days. Then, intragastric administration was carried out with lincomycin to the mice for other 7 days. The microbe colonies obtained from the rectum shaped stool were counted. Result: 1. Colony numbers of aerobian and anaerobian in experimental groups were bigger than those in intestinal flora disorder group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; 2. Aerobian colony numbers in high dosage bifidobaeterium group did not differ from that of control group (P 〉 0.05 ) ; 3. Anaerobian colony number in high dosage of G. lucidium spore group did not differ from that of control group ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; Aerobian colony numbers in middle and low dosage of G. lucidium spore groups did not differ from that of control group ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; 4. Anaerobian colony number in high dosage of combination group did not differ from that of control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: bifidobaeterium, G. lucidium spore and their combination have preventive effects on alteration of intestinal flora in mouse.
