摘　　要：针对复杂产品制造的跨企业生产计划管理特点,提出了项目管理与ERP结合的跨企业协同生产计划集成管理模式,针对复杂产品制造资源不确定的特点,提出了以交货期最短为目标,以不确定性资源为约束的跨企业协同生产计划算法.算例结果表明,该方法满足项目子任务的优先关系约束和不确定性资源的约束,验证了该方法的有效性.To meet the management demand of cross-enterprise on manufacturing complex products, a new integration management mode for cross-enterprise collaborative planning is proposed based on the integration of project management and ERP. An algorithm considering the goal of the earliset due date is developed to solve the project scheduling with the uncertain resource constrained. Calculation results of a relative case show that the proposed mode meets the prior restraint to subtasks and the constraint to uncertain resources, which verifies the validity of the developed algorithm.
