摘  要:针对层叠式蒸发器独特的结构特点,采用分布参数法,对一台长为0.2m,由22块换热板构成的层叠式蒸发器建立了稳态数学模型,并在空调工况下进行了数值模拟,研究了中间隔板深度以及流程设置对其传热和压降特性的影响.结果表明,当中间隔板使换热板底部流通间隙达到直流道宽度的0.6-0.8倍时,层叠式蒸发器换热量达到最大,并在此基础上配置成第一流程流路数略小于第二流程流路数的两流程结构,蒸发器的整体性能最好.为层叠式蒸发器的优化设计提供参考.According to the unique structure characteristic, the mathematic model of a laminated evaporator with the length of 0.2 m and 22 exchanger units was derived using the distribution parameter method to simulate its performance under A/C condition. And the influence of the middle clapboard depth and the passage arrangement on the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the laminated evaporator was analyzed in order to optimize the laminated evaporator's design. The result shows that the performance of a laminated evaporator is the best when the turn clearance formed by the middle clapboard is 0.6~0.8 times of the unbent pipe width and the passages are arranged as two flows with passage number of the first flow being a few less than that of the second flow.
