摘  要:从FRP材料性能参数的概率预测到混凝土构件的可靠度分析,回顾了FRP配筋混凝土结构可靠度研究的国内外现状.由回顾可知,目前各个方面的相关研究工作才仍处于起步阶段,许多有关FRP的抗力折减系数和材料强度折减系数大多建立在对混凝土结构设计规范中系数修正的基础上,没有经过严谨的可靠度研究,在工程实践中存在一定的盲目性;有些折减系数过于保守的取值既造成了材料的大量浪费,在某些情况下又不一定能提高构件的可靠度水平;对于脆性材料FRP的引入所带来的潜在危险性的认识还不充分.为了使得研究工作更具有系统性和合理性,研究工作必须在基于概率的设计理论框架中进行,如:建立完整FRP基本力学性能参数统计数据库,分析各种可能失效模式的可靠性,充分考虑多种因素对目标可靠指标取值的影响,发展FRP加固混凝土构件时变可靠度计算方法,研究FRP对加固后体系可靠度的影响以及从可靠度角度控制使用阶段设计,等.From the probabilistic predictive models for the mechanical property parameters of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) materials to the analytical reliability models of concrete members, a critical review of the state-of-the-art researches was addressed on the reliability study of FRP - reinforced concrete structures. It can be concluded that the current relevant research work in this field is just at the starting point. Many reduction factors associated with FRP materials, including resistance reduction factors and material strength reduction factors, in some relevant design guidelines have been adapted from those in the design codes for steel-reinforced concrete structures without reliability calibration. That would lead to the indiscreet application in engineering practice sometimes. Some over - conservative reduction factors not only cause a big waste of FRP materials, but also do not promote the reliability level of members in some circumstances. The potential risks due to the introduction of the brittle FRP materials to civil engineering structures have not been fully identified yet. To make the research work more systematic and reasonable, it should be fitted into the probability -based design frame. According to this frame, several key problems should be urged to solve, e.g. establishment of the complete statistical databases of the basic mechanical property parameters for FRP materials, investigation of the probabilities of failure of various possible failure modes, investigation of the impact of significant influencing factors on the target reliability index, development of time-dependent reliability-based design method,structural system reliability analysis of FRP - reinforced concrete structures, and development of reliability - based serviceability design method .
