摘  要:为提供一种快速、简单的液相中尿素浓度测定方法,对二甲氨基苯甲醛(PDAB)比色法进行了研究.分别对该法的测定条件、特点、范围和盐浓度以及氨氮浓度的影响进行了试验,结果表明,在波长422 nm,显色10 min,显色剂配比为4:4:96的条件下该法具有较高的精确度和准确度,在此条件下的测定范围为8.8-107 mg/L;在氨氮浓度小于300 mg/L,氯化钠浓度在400-8000 mg/L的条件下仍具有较好的测定效果.因此PDAB比色法可用于含有较高氨氮和盐浓度的溶液中尿素浓度的测定,且具有快速、稳定、操作简单等优点.In order to provide an easy and rapid method for measuring urea concentration in solution, the pdimethylaminobenzaldehyde (PDAB) colorimetry was studied. The analysis conditions, characteristics, the analysis range of PDAB colorimetry for urea, as well as the influence of sodium chloride (NaCl) and ammonium nitrogen concentration on the determination method were all tested. The results showed that the optimum wavelength was 422 nm, the reaction time was 10 min, and the reaction regent ratio of PDAB (w/g), oil of vitriol (V/mL) and absolute alcohol (V/mL) was4:4:96. Under these determination conditions, the analysis range of urea concentration was 8.8 to 107 mg/L. When the concentration of ammonium nitrogen was less than 300 mg/L and that of NaCl was between 400 and 8000 mg/L, the good results were also obtained. Therefore, this method is suitable to determine the medium urea concentration in solution, which Contains higher concentration of ammonium nitrogen or NaCl, and it is quick, stable and easy to operate.
