摘  要:用大承气汤加饥饱失常饮食塑造大鼠消化功能紊乱的脾虚模型 ,观察四君子汤对大鼠胃粘膜细胞形态学、酶组织化学和胃肠激素的影响。结果 ,模型组大鼠胃粘膜细胞受损 ,CA和SDH以及ATPase活性降低 ,血浆胃泌素水平下降 ,胃动素和胰高血糖素升高 ;四君子汤组大鼠上述指标均得以明显改善而接近对照组。说明四君子汤可能通过保护胃粘膜细胞 ,调整胃肠激素的分泌 ,促进胃肠道对葡萄糖等营养物质的吸收 ,继之改善机体的物质能量代谢而发挥对机体整体的调节效应。Splenic deficiency model was induced in rats by giving Dachengqi Decoction plus irregular feeding, and the effects of Sijunzi Decoction on rat morphology and enzymatic histochemistry of gastric mucosa, and on gastrointestinal hormone, were observed. The results showed that in the model group, the activity of CA, SDH and ATPase was decreased, the level of plasma gastrin was lowered, and the levels of motilin and pancreatic glucagon were increased; in the Sijunzi Decoction group, all above-mentioned criteria were obviously improved and were close to those determined in the control group.
