摘 要:以300 MW湿冷机组为研究对象,提出在凝结水泵后加一排汽冷却器,将小机排汽引入其中,使主机凝结水与小机排汽在该冷却器混合换热。从而减少凝汽器蒸汽负荷,提高凝汽器真空,同时减少1号低加(对应第8段抽汽)抽汽量,进而减少小机进汽量,提高机组的经济性,对电厂的节能改造具有一定的参考价值。Based on analysis of the 300 MW wet cooling unit,it is proposed that a row of coolers be added behind the condensate pump to lead the exhaust steam of the water-feeding pump steam turbine into them.Thus the main turbine′s condensate and the exhaust steam mix in the coolers and realize heat transfer.The results are that the steam load of the condenser is reduced and its vacuum degree is increased,steam that should be extracted from the No.1 low-pressure heater and steam that should be input into the water-feeding pump steam turbine are both reduced,and economy of the unit is improved.
