摘 要:近年来,国内多次出现门式刚架轻型厂房在暴风雪作用下发生破坏,尤以檩条破坏较为严重,多数发生侧向弯曲和扭转破坏。目前,国内对冷弯斜卷边Z形檩条的计算通常不考虑扭矩的影响,仅验算弯矩作用下的强度及稳定性。因此,积雪荷载作用下檩条发生的扭转变形导致的结构破坏应引起关注。通过研究分析积雪荷载的特点,檩条破坏的原因,扭转对冷弯斜卷边Z形简支檩条承载力的影响,提出设计建议。In recent years, there were many times that light-gauge portal frame plants were damaged by snowstorm in our country. The destruction of purlins was very serious. Most of the destruction was lateral bending and torsion. At present, the calculation of cold-formed inclined lipped Z section purlins usually does not consider the influences of torque,and only cheekes the strength and stability under bending moment. The torsion of purlins under snow load which caused the damage of structure should he paid more attention. By researching and analyzing the reasons for the destruction of purlins. The features of snow load and the influences of torsion to the bearing capacity of the cold-formed inclined lipped Z-section purlins. Recommendations for the design of purlins are proposed.
