摘　　要：对基本药物制度推行的模式进行探讨。借鉴WHO及印度成功的经验,运用类比研究方法,对我国基本药物制度的推行模式提出建议,即从法律地位、组织机构、推行方式和合理的定价与补偿机制等方面入手,保证基本药物制度的有效推行。The purpose is to probe into the implementing mode of popularization of essential medicine system.With the successful experience used in WHO and India,the original analogy studying method is used in this article.For ensuring the essential medicine system,this article probes into the implementing mode of popularization of essential,from the legal status,organization,measure pattern,rational pricing and compensation for the popularization of essential medicine system in our country.
