鼻内镜手术后鼻内应用糖皮质激素的疗效分析

摘　　要：探讨鼻内镜术后患者使用鼻内糖皮质激素的疗效。鼻窦炎患者154例术后随机使用糖皮质激素雷诺考特或复方氯霉素滴鼻液进行治疗并随访观察,从中随机选取实验组40人(使用糖皮质激素布地奈德鼻喷雾剂),对照组40人(使用复方氯霉素滴鼻液)观察患者术后3个月、6个月术腔恢复情况。鼻内镜术后使用鼻内糖皮质激素与复方氯霉素滴鼻液疗效有统计学差异。鼻内镜术后应用鼻内糖皮质激素,在慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的治疗过程中有着重要作用。The clincial effects of intranasal glucocorticoid for patient of chronic sinusitis after sinus surgery was explored.Follow-up surveying 154 patient after the endoscopic sinus surgery used intranasal glucocorticosteroids budesonide nasal spray or complex prescription chloramphenicol naristillae.There was significant difference between the clincial effects of glucocorticosteroid and complex prescription chloramphenicol naristillae.Intranasal local glucocorticoid played equally important roles in treating sinusitis and nasal polyps after the endoscopic sinus surgery.
