摘  要:特高压交流试验示范工程用的1000kV变电设备在我国是全新电气设备,目前不具备对特高压设备进行挂网试运行的条件,为确保特高压试验示范工程一次投运成功、长期可靠运行,进行了在特高压交流试验基地带电考核场内对特高压避雷器、电容式电压互感器(CVT)、支柱绝缘子和变电金具进行带电考核。考核设备在考核场内的布置和连接方式参照特高压交流试验示范工程3个变电站/开关站的实际布置和连接。相关试验充分考核了特高压避雷器、CVT、支柱绝缘子及变电金具的电气性能和机械性能;验证了试验示范工程中相关设备布局、连接方式的合理性;同时考核过程中对噪声进行了治理,取得了良好的效果;取得了设备均匀环、变电金具、耐张串绝缘子均压环的电晕特性、噪声水平和地面场强等的第一手资料。带电考核工作不仅完成了预期的考核任务,还为特高压交流试验示范工程积累了有益的经验。For China, the transformer electrical equipments which used in 1000 kV AC UHV pilot project are the completely new equipments. At present, there is no condition to suspend these devices to the power network. To ensure the UHV pilot project can be run reliability for a long time and the commission and operation is successful, the state grid corporation of China determines to evaluate the UHV arrester, CVT, poster insulator and the transformer electrical line fitting in the UHV live test field. The arrangement and layout mode of the checked equipments in the checked field are in accordance with the distribution of the three real transformer substation/switching station in the UHV pilot project. The live check work is not only finishing the expected evaluation task, but also accumulating beneficial experience for UHV pilot project. The electrical and mechanical performance of UHV arrester, CVT, poster insulator and the transformer electrical line fitting are completely examined. The reasonableness about the related equipment distribution is also checked and the noise controlled successfully during the checking process. All these work help us to get the firsthand material which are, the even loop of equipment, transformer line fitting, the electric corona characteristic of strain insulator grading ring, the noise level and the electrical strength of the ground.
