摘 要:以9个高油玉米自交系和9个南斯拉夫玉米自交系按NCⅡ遗传设计组配的81个杂交组合为材料,分析了春夏播环境条件下7个穗粒性状的配合力.结果表明,两类亲本大多数性状的一般配合力(GCA)和其间的特殊配合力(SCA)方差均达到了显著或极显著水平,ZPL 10单株产量的GCA在2种环境下均为极显著正值,ZPL 10×GY 237 A单株产量超对照27.94%,有待进一步试验鉴定其在育种和生产上的利用价值.Using 9 high-oil maize inbreds and 9 maize inbred lines from Yugoslavia, 81 crosses were made by NC Ⅱ genetic design. The combining ability of 7 ear-kernel characters was analyzed under two environments. The results show that GCA of the two kinds of parents and their SCA for most characters were significantly, different. The GCA of ZPL 10 for grain yield per plant was positive and highly significant under both environments. The grain yield per plant of cross ZPL 10 × GY 237 A was 27.94% higher than that of the CK. Their utilization in high-oil maize breeding and production should be tested in further experiments.
