摘  要:采用盆栽法,分别用清水(CK),100,160,200 mmol.L-1的NaCl溶液对沾化冬枣、陕抗1号枣、扁核酸枣和七月鲜枣当年生扦插苗进行了NaCl胁迫处理,测定了叶片的盐害发生率、细胞质膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和游离脯氨酸含量等指标.结果表明,随着NaCl浓度升高和处理时间的延长,枣叶片受害症状逐渐加重,可溶性蛋白、MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量随着NaCl浓度的升高而增加、细胞质膜透性增强.对各项指标综合分析结果表明,4个枣品种耐盐性排序为:七月鲜枣>陕抗1号枣>扁核酸枣>沾化冬枣.In order to study the NaCl tolerance of the 4 selected jujube species ( Zhanhua winter jujube, Shankang No. 1, Bianhesuan and Qiyuexian), series of potted plant tests were carried out with the selected rooted cutting seedlings of the same year. Water (CK) , 100, 160 and 200 mmol·L^-1 NaCl solution were used for stress treatments. Having measured and analyzed some physiological index including leaf salt injury ratio,cell membrane permeability,MDA content,soluble protein content, free proline content and so on,the following results showed: (1) With the processing time getting longer and NaCl solution getting thicker, the leaf injury symptoms of the selected species were getting serious; (2) Contents of soluble protein, MDA and free proline increased with the solution getting thicker, and cell membrane permeability getting stronger. (3) The NaCl tolerance of the 4 species were in the order of Qiyuexian 〉 Shankang No. 1 〉 Bianhesuan 〉 Zhanhua winter jujube.
