摘 要:在室内测定了蓖麻植株不同部位水粗提物对蛴螬的触杀作用.结果表明,蓖麻植株不同部位的水粗提物对蛴螬均有触杀作用,按照由强到弱的顺序依次为蓖麻籽、茎、叶、种皮和根的水粗提物,以30倍蓖麻籽重量的水提取得到的粗提物对蛴螬的触杀处理校正死亡率最高,处理后7 d达60%.The contact effects of water extracts from different plant parts of Ricinus communis ( Euphorbiales: Euphorbiaceae) on grubs were determined in the laboratory. The results showed that all the water extracts from different parts of R. communis plant had contact effect on grubs. They were, in a descending order, the water-extracts of seed, stem, leaf, seed skin, and root, respectively. Among these extracts, the optimum contact corrected mortality was observed in the extract prepared from seed extracted with 30-fold water, which came up to 60% on the seventh day after treatment.
