摘　　要：目的了解浙江省舟山海岛地区出生缺陷的变化趋势,为寻找降低该地区出生缺陷患病率水平的防治措施提供线索。方法选择2000-2006年舟山海岛地区以人群为基础的出生缺陷监测数据进行回顾性分析。结果舟山市2000-2006年,共监测围产儿41396例,其中出生缺陷儿498例,出生缺陷年平均患病率为120.30/万,各年出生缺陷患病率呈上升趋势。舟山市常见的出生缺陷分别是先天性心脏病(33.58/万)、外耳其他畸形(16.19/万)、多指(趾)畸形(15.46/万)、唇裂有/无腭裂(11.60/万)、先天性脑积水(10.39/万)。先天性心脏病构成以单纯性室间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭、房间隔缺损为主。结论先天性心脏病是舟山海岛地区高发的出生缺陷,需要采取干预措施。Objective The study was conducted to determine the prevalence pattern of birth defects in Zhoushan Archipelagoes, Zhejiang province, providing evidence for the development of preventive strategies to reduce the incidence of birth defects in the region. Methods Population-based retrospective analysis was conducted based on the surveillance data tracking birth defects in Zhoushan archipelagoes from 2000 to 2006. Results Given a total of 498 birth defects out of 41 396 fetuses in the surveillance, the average prevalence in Zhoushan was 120.30/10 000 from 2000 to 2006, and a rising trend was shown of individual defects by year. Common types of birth defects in Zhoushan included congenital heart diseases （33.58/10 000）, external ear malformation （16.19/10 000）, polydactyly （15.46/10 000）, cleft lip with or without cleft palate （11.60/10 000）, congenital hydrocephaly （10.39/10 000）. Ventrieular septal defect, atriotricular septal defect and patent ductus arterious were most commonly presented congenital heart conditions. Conclusion Congenital heart diseases are highly prevalent birth defects in Zhoushan, and intervention considerations should be given.
