摘  要:目的建立中国成年人动脉血气分析缓冲碱正常参考值与地理因素之间的回归模型。健康人动脉血气分析参考值是医学参考值的重要指标,是对疾病进行诊断和防治的基本依据,目前,国内外缺乏成年人动脉血气分析正常参考值的统一标准,严重影响了临床诊断的准确性。该文的研究为制定中国成年人动脉血气分析正常参考值的统一标准提供了科学依据。方法通过大量文献检索,以及向有关单位求购的方法,收集了中国51个单位用血气分析仪测定的4626例健康成年人缓冲碱的正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与8个地理因素的关系。结果研究发现,健康成年人缓冲碱正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=13.565,P=0.001)。用非线性回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程:∧YBB=50.68-0.8544lnX1±3.54。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的成年人缓冲碱正常参考值。依据成年人缓冲碱正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为8个区。Objective This paper aims at supplying a regression equation between the normal reference value of Chinese adults' alkaline buffer (BB) and geographical factors. The reference value of alkaline buffer of the healthy people is an important indicator of blood gas analysis, which is the basis for diagnosing and treating disease, but it is lack of the uniform criterion of the normal reference value of BB in the domestic and external. It also affects the accuracy of diagnose. Methods Collected 4626 examples of Chinese healthy adults' BB in 51 regions by searching and buying literatures, then a research is made about relationship between the normal reference value of BB and eight geographical factors by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results It is found that the correlation of geographical factors and the normal reference value of Chinese adults' BB are quite significant (F= 13. 565, P=0. 001). ^ Applying the method of nonlinear regression analysis, one regression equation is inferred: YBB : 50. 68- 0. 8544 lnX1 ± 3.54. Conclusion If geographical values are obtained in some areas, the normal reference value of Chinese adults' BB of this area can be reckoned using the regression equations. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the normal reference value of Chinese adults' BB, China can be divided into eight regions.
