抗病毒洗液联合胸腺肽抗尖锐湿疣术后复发观察

摘　　要：目的:观察抗病毒洗液联合胸腺肽抗尖锐湿疣术后复发的临床疗效。方法:78例经高频电灼一次性将疣体去除后,治疗组46例再用消疣洗液外洗并口服胸腺肽,对照组32例仅口服胸腺肽。结果:治疗组第1、第2、第3、第6个月复发率分别为4.35%、6.52%、10.87%、13.04,对照组第1、第2、第3、第6个月复发率分别为9.38%、21.88%、31.25%、34.38%,第2个月及以后两组复发率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:抗病毒洗液联合胸腺肽能有效地降低尖锐湿疣术后复发率。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Xiao - you - lotion and Thymosin on resisting recrudescence of the patients＇s Condyloma Acuminatum that were treated by high -frequency acusectior, methods ：78 patients were randomly divided into two groups after treated by high - frequency acusector, the treatment group with 46 cases and Xiao you lotion and thymosin were a- dopted ; the control group with 48 cases and thymosin were only adopted. Ater treatment, the ratios of recrudescence were compared in the first, second, third and sixth month, results： The the ratios of recrudescence was respectivelv 1.3 %, 6.5 % , 10.87% , 13. 04% in the tirst ,second,third and sixth month;that of the connrol group was respectively 9.38% ,21.88% ,31.25% ,34.38%. There were sighificant differences between two groups since the second month （P 〈 0. 05）. conclusion ： These results suggested that xiao - you - lotion and Thymosin could debase the ratios of recrudescences of patientsCondyloma Acuinatum who were treated by high -frequency acusectior and get better effects.
