摘　　要：目的探讨骨科重症患者外周静脉置中心静脉导管(PICC)的应用与预防感染的护理措施。方法通过对68例骨科行PICC输液的重症患者进行护理,探讨护理方法,总结护理经验。结果68例患者PICC均未发生导管相关性感染。结论护士正规操作,规范管理可以预防感染的发生。Objective To summarize the experiences and techniques of nursing interventions to prevent intravenous injection sites infection with peripherally inserted central catheters （PICC）. Methods Serials of nursing interventions for peripherally inserted central catheter were exerted to 68 eases of seriously injured pa- tients with bone infractions. Results There is no inserted central catheter related infections oecurred in 68 cases of patients. Conclusion Operation strictly followed protocols and management were essential to prevent PICC related infeetions.
