摘 要:透镜生产线各主要工序耗时组成一时间集合,通过对该集合进行[0,1]处理,确定了每一工序耗时的广义隶属度;再把[0,1]处理后毛坯制造、铣磨、上盘、精磨、抛光、清洗、定心磨边、镀膜及检验的操作时间作为广义多重有向模糊图中结点的存在度,把传输和物流信息控制时间作为模糊图中结点间的连接强度,建立了透镜生产线的物流系统网络模式,分析了网络结点间的相互流动,给出了广义模糊矩阵的特定形式,为光学透镜的生产提供了一种普遍意义下的直观描述方法。The time consumed by every main working procedure of lens production line forms a time set. Through conducting treatment to this time set, a generalized membership level of each working procedure’s time consumption is determined. Then regarding the time, after treatment, consumed by blank making, mill grinding, hanging wall, refined grinding, polishing, cleaning, centering grinding edge, membrane plating and inspection as a kind of existent level of the joint in a generalized multi directioned fuzzy map, and regarding the time consumed by transportation and logistics information as the connection strength between joints in the fuzzy map, a logistics system network model of lens production line is built. The mutual flow among network joints is analysed. And the special form of generalized fuzzy matrix is given. This furnishes a general audio visual describing method for optical lens machining.
