摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预在预防恶性肿瘤患者院内感染中的应用效果。方法:将238例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组120例和对照组118例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组院内感染发生率。结果:观察组院内感染发生率低于对照组,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针对院内感染的危险因素采取综合护理干预措施可明显降低恶性肿瘤患者院内感染发生率,提高其痊愈率。Objective ： To explore the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of nosocomial infection in patients with malignant tumor. Methods： Two hundred and thirty eight patients with malignant tumor were divided into observation group （ n = 120 ） and control group （n = 118） at random. The patients in control group were given routine nursing care and comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally applied to the patients in observation group based on routine nursing care. The nosocomial infection rate was compared between the two groups. Results ： Nosocomial infection rate was lower in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention can markedly decrease the nosocomial infection rate in accordance with the risk factors of nosocomial infection and the curative rate can be increased.
