碘海醇对老年冠状动脉介入术患者肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉介入诊疗术中应用碘海醇对老年患者肾功能的影响。方法选择具有冠状动脉造影适应证的老年患者60例，对患者术前及术后血肌酐（Cr）、尿素氮（BUN）进行对比。结果60例老年患者冠状动脉诊疗术前及术后Cr、BUN虽有波动，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论冠状动脉诊疗中应用碘海醇对老年患者肾功能无明显影响。Objective To discuss the effect of iohexol on the renal function in the old patients undergoing coronary angiography and/or percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods The changes of plasm Cr, BUN before and after coronary angiography and/or PCI of the 60 old patients with the indications of coronary angiography were compared and analyzed. Results The plasm Cr,BUN in 60 cases were fluctuated,but were not significantly changed（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Iohexol has little effect on the renal function in the old patients undergoing coronary angiography and/or percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.
