摘　　要：以安钢集团公司的380m3高炉上料系统为例,简要介绍了高炉上料系统的生产工艺和PLC的控制原理,详细介绍了控制系统的实现方法,包括工艺对控制系统的要求,控制系统的方案;并阐述了整个控制系统的组成,智能主令和中央控制器在系统中的主要功能和作用,变频器的在高炉卷扬上料中的设定方法等,说明了该系统的应用效果及推广前景。This paper takes the hoisting feeder system of the 380m^3 blast furnace of Angang Group Shuiye Iron ＆ Steel Co. Ltd. as a sample and briefly introduces application of PLC on automatic control system of the hoisting feeder.
