摘　　要：大型覆盖件以汽车外、内复盖件为主,该类零件不但要求具有特定的使用性能,而且要求具有一定的观赏功能。零件材料在经过充分而均匀的塑性变形后仍有良好的刚性及光滑挺拔的表面、均匀而清晰的棱线。通过选择正确的拉伸方向、采用工艺补偿切口及选用好的压料面可以实现这一目标。The large-scale cover by the automobile outside, in covers primarily, not only this kind of components the request has the specific use energy, moreover the request has certain ornamental function.But the components material should pass through full and the even plastic deformation the workpiece has the good rigidity, the smooth tall and straight surface and even and the clear crest line.Through the choice correct stretch direction, uses the craft compensation margin and selects the good pressure material surface to be possible to realize.
