摘　　要：介绍研制开发的集成电路（IC）引线框架多工位冲裁级进模工步排样CAD系统及其应用实例。给出建立该系统的数学模型、数据结构以及能自动完成工步排样优化设计的方法。In this paper, a strip layout CADsystem of multistep blanking progressive die forIC lead frame and applications are proposed,andthe mathematical model, data structure of thesystem and new methods that can be used tocomplete the design automatically are given.
