家兔血清中罗沙替丁醋酸酯浓度的测定

摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法测定了家兔血清中罗沙替丁醋酸酯的浓度。采用C18(250mm×4.6mm,5um)色谱柱,乙腈-0.02%,磷酸缓冲液(14∶86,三乙胺调pH至5.5)为流动相,检测波长230nm,西替利嗪为内标。校准曲线方程为A=1.203X10-3C+0.092(r=0.997),相对回收率为99.81%,绝对回收率为79.3%。An HPI.C method for determination of roxatidine acetic hydrochloride was astablished in serum of rabbits. C18 （250mm × 4. 6mm, Stem） column was used, the mobile phase consisted of 0.02% acetonitrile and phosphate buffer （adjust pH to 5.5 using triethylamine, 14： 86）, cetirizine was used as internal standard. The linear regression equation of plasma was A=1. 203 × 10^-3C＋ 0. 092（r=0. 997）. The relative recovery of plasma was 99. 81% and absolute recovery 79. 3%.
