摘　　要：采用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)对3种不同产地的桔梗样品的元素种类和含量进行了测定。结果表明,桔梗中含有K、Ca、Fe、Mg、Zn、Mn等多种微量元素,不同产地桔梗中微量元素种类大致相同,而元素含量却各有差异。为桔梗药效功能的进一步研究提供一定的科学依据。The three samples of Platycodon grandiflorum from different producing areas were determined and analyzed by X-ray fluorescent analysis in the respects of types and contents.The result indicates there are many elements such as K,Ca,Fe,Mg,Zn,Mn etc in the Platycodon grandiflorum.The types of mineral elements of every sample are same mainly,but the contents of microelements are different in Platycodon grandiflorum from different producing areas.This work is the scientific proof for further research of the curative content of Platycodon grandiflorum.
