摘  要:利用RT-PCR方法,对梅花鹿源(DRV)和鼠源(MRV)2个狂犬病毒街毒株进行全基因组测序,获得2个毒株全基因组序列(GenBank登录号分别为DQ875051和DQ875050)。DRV和MRV毒株全基因组分别与具有代表性的毒株全基因组进行N、P、M、G、L基因的核苷酸和氨基酸同源性比较。不同毒株的全基因组构建的分子系统进化树表明,DRV和MRV分属2个进化支。DRV与Ni-CE、RC-HL和SRV9的亲缘关系最近;MRV与HEP-Flury的亲缘关系最近,并与HHV-RAB-H街毒株同属一个进化支。Trough RT- PCR, DRV(isolated from deer)1 and MRV (islolated from mouse)street virus strains were amplified and cloned, then the whole genome was sequenced and two whole genomic se-quences(accession numbers are DQ875051 and DQ875050 at GenBank respectively ) were obtained. The whole genomes of DRY and MRV were compared with the representative strains of genomes about nucleotide and amino-acid homology of N, P, M, G and L genes. Finally, inductive sunnnary of 5 genic homology was made in comparison with data and features. The molecular phylogenetic tree of the whole genome of different strain constructions indicate that DRV and MRV belong to two evolutive branches. DRV, Ni-CE, RC-HL and SRV9 have the closest homologic relation; MRV and HEP-Flury have the closest homologic relation, and belong to one evolutive branch with HHV-RAB-H street virus.
