摘　　要：为了获得T4状态2A12铝合金板材厚层氧化膜，通过反复试验，采用硫酸电解液法，在恒流I=0.6A，即电流密度控制在2.0A/dm^2-2.5A/dm^2，氧化时间为60min，温度不高于2℃的工艺条件下，即可得到符合要求的氧化膜。To obtain thicker oxidized film on the surfaces of 2A12-T4 Al alloy, sheet, a process, i.e. one with the sulfuric-acid electrolyte, has been known after many repeated experiments. The main data of this process are： constant current of 0.6 A, the controlled range of current density 2.0 A/dm^2 - 2.5 A/dm^2 , time to be oxidized 60 minutes, temperature less than 2℃.
