摘　　要：工程实际问题中，结构的强度与外载往往同时存在着含有模糊性和随机性的不确定因素，本文根据模糊集和可靠性理论，提出用二阶矩法求解构件模糊可靠性指标的算法。There are many uncertain factors of the strength and load in engineering problem including the fuzziness and the randomness. In the present paper, according to the fuzzy set and reliability theory, a method is presented for computing the fuzzy reliability index of the structure component with the second order reliability method.
