摘　　要：本文通过论证和数学模型分析及试验结果,说明目前滤油器过滤比β指标与实际净化能力不相称,应给出符合使用性能的指标;液压附件的污染生成应实行定量控制,为系统的污染控制设计提供可靠的数据,实现系统中油液的污染度水平的主动控制。According to the demonstration, mathematical model analysis and test results, this paper shows that present filtering ratioβof the oil filter does not coincide with the practical purification ability, so the new filtering ratio index should be proposed. In order to provide the reliable data for the pollution control design of the system, the pollutant formation of hydraulic accessories should carry out the quantitative control. And then the initiative control of oil contamination level in the system can be realized.
