摘　　要：本文对工程机械在工作过程中液力传动系统变矩器、变速箱出现油温过高原因进行分析,结合现场维修案例,对工程机械液力传动系统热平衡进行分析计算,对油温过高的主要原因进行分析排查对现场维修和改进设计具有指导意义。In this paper, construction machinery in the course of its transmission system hydraulic torque converter, transmission appears to analyze the reasons for high oil temperature, with the scene maintenance cases, the hydraulic drive system works mechanic heat balance analysis, the high oil temperature The main reason for on-site investigation and analysis of maintenance and improving the design of guiding significance.
