摘　　要：分析一种小电器零件的结构特点,采用电火花线切割与加工中心来加工此零件。在加工此零件时,通过采用合理的工艺与工装,保证了零件的加工质量并提高工效五倍以上。After the structural characteristics of a small electrical part has been analized, decide the part is machined by the WEDM （Wire Electrical Discharge Machining）machine and machining center. During machining process, the machining efficiency of the part has been increased 5 times and the machining quality of the part has been guaranteed by means of using the reasonable technology and jig ＆ fixture.
