摘　　要：当前,我国商品林业以市场化的形式进行建设,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但是也存在一些问题。认为,为促进商品林业健康发展,当前重点要采取强化地方林业部门的职责和决策权,优化林业项目的评估方式,减轻贫困地区商品林业项目的配套资金压力,降低贷款条件、延长还款期限,合理确定林业项目的物资采购方式等措施发展我国商品林业。Chinese commercial forestry is mainly developed by market system and has made a good progress by now. But there are some issues. This paper is to find a solution for the problems guided by the science develop- ment theory. It is believed that following actions should be taken at moment： （1） To expand duty and making deci- sion right of local forestry sector, （2） To select right evaluation methods for various forestry projects, （3） To reduce ratio of counterpart fund for commercial forestry projects in poor area, （4） To decrease loan conditions and prolong repayment period, （5） To select suitable procurement method for different goods in forestry projects.
