摘　　要：新一代变电站主控装置SMU(substation master unit)和包含多媒体技术的当地监控系统,提高站控端与调度中心的通讯带宽,同时支持局域网和远程数据通信、独立的逻辑处理和自动控制能力已成为提高电力系统自动化水平的重要组成部分。New generation SMU（substation master unit） and the local monitoring system including multimedia technology, increasing communication bandwidth between the station control end and the dispatching center, supporting both the local area network and remote data communication.independent logic processing and automatic control abilities, have become important elements to improve the power system automatic level.
