摘　　要：二甲基砜(MSM)是一种天然存在于自然界中的含硫有机化合物,可有效改善人类健康。本文主要介绍了MSM的理化性质、合成与代谢、保健功能及其在动物健康养殖中的应用前景。Methylsulfonylmethane （MSM） is an organic sulphur-containing compound that occurs naturally in nature, which can effectively improve human heahh.Physicochemical properties,synthesis and metabolism,health function of MSM and its application prospects in animal heahhy husbandry were mainly stated.
