摘　　要：采用铁屑微电解——中和沉淀法对颜料中间体有机废水进行预处理,对各种因素进行了单因素试验和正交试验。试验结果表明,在进水pH为5,铁水比为0.375,铁炭比(V/V)为1,停留时间为60 min时,COD去除率和脱色率都达到80%以上。Pigment-intermediate wastewater was treated by micro electrolysis of iron and carbon-neutralized sedimentation method. The effect of the single reaction parameter and the orthogonal test were presented. The resuits showed that when pH, Fe/H2O, Fe/C and the reaction time were 5,0. 375,1 and 60min, the removal of COD and the discolored rate were both above 80 %.
