摘　　要：介绍了一种国产便携式近红外药品分析仪的原理、设计方法、软件编程以及在药品生产检测中的实际应用;并阐述药品检测中的定性和定量分析方法,重点介绍药品生产过程中原材料的定性分析和数据库建立,药品主成分含量分析、含水量分析及其测量条件,最后给出测量参数和实测数据。结果表明,该仪器设计合理,软件操作方便,重复性好,可用于药品原材料快速检测和生产质量监控。This paper described application principle of domestic portable near infrared medicine analyzer, design method, software design and practical application in medicinal check. Also, it analyzed qualitative and quantitative analysis in medicinal check. It also researched qualitative analysis of medicinal production material,database establishing, principal constituent content analyzing of medicine, moisture content analyzing and its measurement condition, then supplied measure parameter and measure result. Consequence indicated that the analyzer had proper design, operational convenience software and repetitive character. It can be used in quick checking medicinal production material and monitoring manufacturing quality.
